Best Practices for Template Customization

1. Treat Templates as a Foundation, Not a Final Product

The templates provided above are highly optimized starting points. However, AI models perform best when given specific, unique context. Always replace generic placeholders with your exact brand voice, target audience, and specific constraints.

2. The "Act As" Framework

Notice how many of our text templates begin with "Act as a...". Assigning a persona to the AI (e.g., "Act as a senior copywriter" or "Act as an expert Python developer") fundamentally changes the vocabulary and structure of the output. Always define the role before defining the task.

3. Define Negative Constraints

Often, telling the AI what not to do is more important than telling it what to do. If you are writing a blog post, add constraints like "Do not use the words 'delve', 'tapestry', or 'revolutionize'." If generating an image, use the --no parameter to exclude unwanted elements.

4. Iterate and Refine

If the first output isn't perfect, don't start over. Reply to the AI with specific feedback: "This is too formal, make it more conversational" or "Make the second paragraph shorter." Prompt engineering is an iterative conversation.
